2. Scope and law
This policy applies to visitors of vaincome.com. The Site is primarily presented to audiences in the United Kingdom. We handle personal data in accordance with the UK GDPR and the Data Protection Act 2018.
3. Personal data we may collect
- Technical and usage data — IP address, approximate location derived from IP, browser type, device type, referring URL, pages viewed, and similar diagnostics.
- Cookie and similar technology data — identifiers stored on your device (see our Cookie Policy).
- Communications data — name, email address, and message content if you contact us.
- Advertising interaction data — whether you clicked a sponsored or partner link, and basic campaign identifiers needed to attribute that click.
We do not intentionally collect special category health data through forms on this Site. If you share health information in an email, we will process it only as needed to respond and then delete it where practicable.
4. How we collect information
- Automatically, when you load pages or click links.
- Directly from you, when you email or call us.
- From hosting, analytics, advertising, or affiliate partners that support the Site.
5. Purposes and legal bases
We process personal data to operate and secure the Site, understand aggregate traffic, publish advertising content, measure partner links, prevent abuse, improve content, and respond to enquiries. Depending on the activity, we rely on legitimate interests, consent (where required for non-essential cookies or marketing technologies), and/or compliance with legal obligations.
6. Advertising and partner links
Buttons such as “Check price” may send you to an external partner website (for example Audio Volt). We may receive a fee if you click a link or later complete a qualifying action. That does not make us the seller of any product featured.
Partner sites have their own privacy notices. Once you leave vaincome.com, their policies apply.
7. Sharing
We may share personal data with hosting and IT providers, analytics providers (where enabled), advertising or affiliate partners, professional advisers, and public authorities where required by law.
8. Retention
We keep personal data only as long as needed for the purposes above, or as required by law, then delete or anonymise it where practicable.
9. International transfers
Some providers may process data outside the UK. Where that happens, we take steps intended to provide appropriate safeguards (for example the UK International Data Transfer Agreement or Addendum), as required.
10. Your rights
Under UK GDPR you may have rights to access, rectify, erase, restrict, or object to certain processing, and to data portability. You may also lodge a complaint with the Information Commissioner’s Office (ICO) at ico.org.uk. To exercise rights, contact hello@fullclarity.co.uk.
11. Updates
We may update this policy from time to time. The version published on this page is the current one.
